I am unable to access a section of the AFP website; it's stating that it is for members only. Why is this happening?

Our website has many levels of access.

Please contact customerservice@afponline.org during our normal business hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ET to verify your membership status.  Please include your name, e-mail address and the specific url that you are trying to access.  Also include the web browser and version that you are using.

We may need to reset your password to troubleshoot the issue, but you may change the password.
